Membership Rules
1. Parties

This membership agreement; The company is concluded between Richegame Bilgi Bilişim Ltd., whose head office is at Serbest Liman Ve B&ouml;lge Mailbox No: 682 K.K.T.C. Famagusta (&quot;Richegame&quot;), and the member of the website/mobile website/mobile application (&quot;Referred to as the &quot;Site&quot;) whose rights belong to Richegame Bilgi Bilişim Ltd. or whose usage rights are determined by Richegame Bilgi Bilişim Ltd. and which are made available to third parties (referred to as &quot;Site&quot;) under the following conditions.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this membership agreement; is to determine the terms and rules of use and membership of the Site and the responsibilities of the parties defined below.

3. Definitions

The terms used in this membership agreement and used with capital letters shall have the following meanings:

Richegame: Richegame Bilgi Bilişim Ltd.

My Account Page: the member-specific page where the member can see and update the personal information provided by the member within the scope of membership on the Site, see, follow and make changes to the order information given through the Site, benefit from the Service, and can be accessed with the user name and password determined by the relevant member,&nbsp;

Service: The actions and actions to be taken / to be carried out by Richegame in order to provide content and other products and applications on the Site and to fulfill the requests from the member for them,

Content: All kinds of products, information, text, images, designs, brands, icons, visual or audio etc. images, video clips, logos, knowhow, designs, catalogs, files, interfaces, lists, data, codes, slogans and other signs, page layouts, etc. that are determined by Richegame or Richegame&#39;s service providers and uploaded to the Site and made available to third parties,

Mobile Application: The mobile application offered by Richegame or Richegame&#39;s service providers, which can be downloaded from the mobile application markets such as the App Store and Google Play Store, and which allows you to benefit from the Content and Services on the Site,

Seller: A corporate/real person member who is a member of the Site with the permission of Richegame and who offers various products and / or services for sale through the advertisements published through the account he creates,

Site: The website/mobile website/mobile application where the Content whose rights belong to Richegame or whose rights are determined by Richegame Bilgi Bilişim Ltd. and which is made available to third parties is located,

Agreement: This membership agreement,

member: Refers to the person/persons who become a member of the Site by providing the information requested by Richegame and by reading and accepting the Agreement and pressing the &quot;Become a Member&quot; button, who can log in to the Site with the user name and password to be determined, who can use the Site and benefit from the Content and Services, and who are parties to this Agreement.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. Member; It will use the Site in accordance with all relevant legal regulations, moral rules and the conditions written in all policies and texts specified on the Site and in accordance with the purpose of the Site.&nbsp;

4.2. The Member agrees that the personal information he / she has provided to the Site and updated in the My Account section is correct, up-to-date and belongs to him/her; otherwise, it accepts that all administrative, civil and criminal responsibilities belong to the party. The Member is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her personal information, in particular the username and password information.&nbsp;

4.3. In the event of a dispute as to which person the membership rights and obligations belong, the last person to pay Richegame for a Service using the relevant membership account shall be deemed to be the owner of the membership account.

4.4. It is obligatory to be over 18 years of age for membership. In the event that the Member provides misleading information in this regard, all legal, criminal, administrative and financial responsibility shall belong to the Member. In addition, persons whose membership has been previously terminated or suspended for any reason or who have been completely prevented from accessing the Site cannot be a member of the Site.

4.5. Legal entities may become members only through their legal representatives. In the event of unauthorized membership or subsequent transactions, the person making the unauthorized transaction is personally responsible for the transactions he has made. In the event that this causes any damage, the person who makes the unauthorized transaction shall be solely responsible for such damage.&nbsp;

4.6. The use of the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of the Agreement is prohibited.

4.7. Richegame; It has the right to change, update, terminate and partially and/or completely prevent the use of the Site address, brand, slogan, Content of the Site and the Service at any time. Richegame also has the right to carry member information if it makes changes or updates.

4.8. Richegame keeps the Content accurate and up-to-date. However, in the event of a discrepancy between the Content provided by Richegame and the current situation, Richegame is not responsible.

4.9. Richegame has the right to make unilateral changes to this Agreement at any time. The changes made take effect upon the publication of the current contract on the site.&nbsp;

4.10. The member periodically reviews the agreement in order to be aware of the changes and is deemed to have accepted the amended agreement with his continued access to the Site despite the change.

4.11. As a member of the Site and/or by using the Service, the member expressly consents to the processing and transfer of personal data to the country and abroad in the manner and scope specified in the relevant clarification and explicit consent texts and the Privacy Policy.&nbsp;

4.12. The rights arising from any legal legislation related to the Content belong exclusively to Richegame or are licensed uses.&nbsp;

4.13. The Member may not copy, modify, display on another site, share, disseminate for any purpose, record, reproduce, process, distribute, market, rent, sell, make available to third parties and/or transmit to third parties in whole or in part of the Site or Content, or use it in a different way by revising it, adding or changing a part of it or performing any similar activity. A member who acts otherwise shall be solely responsible for any damages that may arise.

4.14. The Member agrees that he/she will not use or allow the Content to be used in a way that harms the rights and/or the owners of the works and the third party and / or contrary to the legal legislation.&nbsp;

4.15. The Member may not delete or remove copyright, trademark and all kinds of notes covered by the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on any material copied or printed with a printer related to the Site or the Content; 4.12.

4.16. The Site may link to other websites and/or other content that is not under the control of Richegame and owned/operated by third parties. The linking does not imply any warranty that Richegame endorses the linked website or the person operating that site and does not constitute a representation or guarantee for the information contained in the link. Richegame has no responsibility for the websites and their contents accessed through the links on the site and any damages that may arise are the exclusive responsibility of the member.&nbsp;

4.17. Richegame has no responsibility for all direct or indirect damages that may be incurred by users, members or other third parties due to any similar programs and software, including but not limited to viruses, malware, algorithms, trojans, that may be exposed due to access to the Site, the use of the Site and Content or data and information provided in other ways, or other behaviors. The Member agrees in advance that he/she will not make any claim from Richegame due to these damages.

4.18. The Member is obliged to carry out the transactions carried out on the Site in accordance with the purpose of the Site and the Content in a way that will not technically damage the Site, the Service and the Content in any way.

4.19. Member agrees to all or part of the Site or Content or to the systems or networks connected with the Site, to the servers of Richegame or its service providers, to any services offered on the Site; use any automated device, program, algorithm, methodology or similar or equivalent manual process, equipment to access, obtain, copy, monitor, query, reproduce or skip it, or to obtain or attempt to obtain any material, document or information by any means not provided through the Site.&nbsp;

4.20. The Member agrees not to examine, experiment, load bring, scan, test, violate security or verification measures, and prevent the proper operation of the Site or any operation carried out on the Site. Member does not monitor the information of any user of the Site and does not interfere with its secure use, nor does he attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part or feature of the Site or any system connected to the Site through hacking, password cracking, or other illegal or unauthorized means.

4.21. If Richegame is not the seller of any service/product on the Site, it shall be a hosting provider in accordance with the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications and only as an intermediary service provider in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

4.22. The Member accepts that the Member is the buyer party and the Seller is the seller party in the distance sales contracts for purchases to be made from any Seller other than Richegame on the Site. Richegame is not a party to such contractual relationship; therefore, only the Seller was solely liable to the Member under the relevant legislation.
